Bexley Civic Awards 2007

Dulcie Austin-Smith won the Civic Award for Voluntary Service in the borough. Dulcie is the current Senior Section Chairman, an Assistant Rainbow Guider and a mentor for new Guiders in the County. She has previously run a Ranger Unit and was the Division Commissioner for Hurst Division.

Dulcie received her award along with other winners on Wednesday 28th February 2007 at a ceremony during the Council meeting at Civic Centre, Bexleyheath Mayor Cllr Brian Beckwith (pictured with Dulcie below).
